Shipping Cost
Because of its size, this bag ships at a flat rate of $20 USD and is not included in our standard free-shipping offer. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing Time
- Orders ship within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
- Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, except holidays. Weekend orders may experience a short delay.
Transit Time
We hold local stock in the United States, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam, and always ship from the nearest location that has the bag available.
- In stock at your local warehouse: 3–5 working days.
- Shipped from the nearest available facility: 7–15 working days.
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Order Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours, and details may take 12–24 hours to update. This can take longer during sale events or holidays. If your package won't track normally, contact us and we'll resolve it within 12 hours.
Cancellations
Email our support team within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After the 12-hour window: if the order hasn't shipped, we'll do everything we can to stop it before it leaves the warehouse; if it has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please use the standard return process once it arrives. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
No-regret trial (changed your mind): Return within 7 calendar days of delivery if the bag isn't for you. The customer covers return shipping. Not accepted after 7 days or once the bag has been heavily used.
Unused items: Bags in brand-new, unused condition can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Condition requirements for this bag:
- All original packaging and tags intact, with every detachable component included (side bag, straps, and hardware).
- Clean and free of significant wear, stains, odors, scratches, or damage.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.
- Use a tracked shipping method with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
