Warranty Coverage
We offer a standard warranty for 1 year, beginning from the date of purchase. Within this period, we cover all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship related to the paddle’s life.
For added peace of mind, you can purchase Luzz Care+ service for $30, which extends the warranty to 2 years from the date of purchase.

What is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damages arising from:
Normal wear and tear
Abuse or neglect
User modifications or unauthorized repairs
Natural fading of graphics over time

Luzz reserves the right to assess the condition of the paddle and determine whether the issue falls under our warranty policy.
In cases covered under our warranty, Luzz holds the discretion to either repair or replace the paddle.
