At Luzzpickleball, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below to understand your options. All returns, exchanges, and refund requests must be authorized by contacting our customer service team at service@Luzzpickleball.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be brand new, unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and seals intact。
- Paddle handles: Must retain the original seal.
- Clothing: Must retain original tags and cannot be returned or exchanged if worn or washed.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Shipping: Use a tracked shipping method with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- On-sale items or gift cards.
- Items damaged, lost, or altered by the customer.

Worn, used, washed, or unsealed items (including paddle handles).
- Personalized or custom orders.
General Return & Exchange Process
①Initiate Your Request: Email us at service@Luzzpickleball.com with your order number, photos/videos of the item(s), and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and notify you of eligibility within 1 business days.
②Prepare & Ship: If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship via a tracked method. Retain your tracking information.
③Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, we'll inspect the item within 1-3 business days. If approved, we'll process your exchange or refund. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Shipping & Handling Fees
-If the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped) or a product defect, we will cover return shipping and waive all fees.
Refunds
Refunds are only available to the original purchaser and will be issued to the original payment method.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. If you don't see it after this time, please check with your financial institution.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you change your mind after receiving your item, please initiate a return as outlined above. The item must be returned in brand new condition with original packaging to qualify.
