Phase 02 FAQ

No. Discount codes can't be applied to any products in the Lab Paddles series.

Once a model reaches 500 orders, it enters USAP or UPA certification. Official release is expected in 2–3 months.

Non-certified paddles are expected to ship 2 months after the order is placed. For the first 30 buyers, we will gift a certified version of the paddle if the funding campaign succeeds (note: if the paddle does not meet its funding goal, the free gift will not be provided). Shipping for certified versions takes approximately 2–3 months.

Yes — any time prior to shipment.

Yes — international orders are accepted.

A 30-day limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery.

Yes — one unit per Lab model, per customer, during the unlock period. Duplicate or bulk orders may be cancelled.
