This Infinity series paddle isn't available for purchase. There are two ways to get one:
1 — Free with any two Infinity paddles (Only US.)
Add two paddles to your cart and an Infinity paddle is included automatically at checkout. No code needed.
2 — Redeem 2,000 points
Click the REWARDS button at the bottom left of any page to check your balance and redeem.
Either way, the design is a surprise — yours is picked at random from 30 unique Infinity designs. We can't take requests for a specific one.

Not for individual sale. This paddle is a gift and rewards exclusive, and cannot be bought on its own.
Direct purchases will not ship. If this item is somehow added to your cart and paid for on its own, we'll refund the order in full rather than ship it.
Design requests can't be honoured. Random means random — swaps and exchanges aren't available on this item.

Order Processing Time
Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when we hand it over to the delivery service.
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and payment.
- Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a short delay, which we work to keep to a minimum.

Tracking
- You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. The number becomes active within 24 hours.
- Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to update, and longer during major sales events or holidays.
- If you can't track your package, contact us and we'll resolve it within 12 hours.
Order Cancellations
- Within 12 hours of placing your order: email our support team for a full refund.
- After 12 hours, not yet shipped: we'll make every effort to cancel before it leaves our facility.
- After 12 hours, already shipped: cancellation is no longer possible. Please follow the return process below once your parcel arrives.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
No-Regret Trial (Change of Mind)
If you've tried the item and simply don't like it, returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery (counted from the delivery date confirmed by tracking). The customer covers return shipping. Returns are not accepted after 7 days, or if the item has been heavily used.
Unused Items
Unused items in brand-new condition can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
General Conditions
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and seals must be intact where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Use a tracked shipping method with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Additional Conditions for Used Paddles
To be eligible for return under the No-Regret Trial or general returns:
- The paddle must be lightly used only, with no significant wear, scratches, scuffs, or damage.
- The original grip must not be altered, removed, or replaced.
- No permanent modifications. Weighting tape, additional grip tape, and edge tape are acceptable only if they are easily removable and leave no damage.
