Luzz Care+ builds on our standard warranty to provide enhanced protection:
- Manufacturing Defects: Any issues arising from production flaws, such as delamination, cracking, or structural weaknesses.
- Accidental Damage: Coverage for drops, impacts, or mishandling during normal use (excludes intentional abuse).
- Material Wear: Protection against premature degradation of the paddle face, core, or edge guard.
- Replacement or Repair: At our discretion, we'll repair your paddle or provide a like-new replacement if needed.

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Available only at the time of purchasing a new Luzz pickleball paddle. Not retroactive for existing owners.
- Duration: 2 years from the original purchase date. No renewals beyond this period.
- Limitations: Maximum of one claim per paddle during the coverage period. Deductibles may apply for accidental damage claims.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, environmental damage (e.g., extreme heat exposure), or use in non-pickleball activities.
- Warranty Voidance: Coverage is void if the paddle is altered, repaired by unauthorized parties, or used commercially without prior approval.

Order Processing Time

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 12 to 24 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 12 hours.
order cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Return & Refund
If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Please make sure to contact us by email (service@Luzzpickleball.com) at first.
Return Charge
If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality issues), we will provide a full refund, including return freight.
If the return is due to the buyer's preference (such as not liking the item or ordering the wrong product/size), Luzz will cover the return freight. We want your shopping experience to be hassle-free!
No restocking fee will be charged for the return of a product.
