I've been playing for 2 years I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner please listen to Luzz. The pop can be uncontrollable in the wrong hands. Great for 2 hand back hand. More control then you think as well.

I’ve own a lot of high-end pickle ball paddles and this one is by far my favorite due to it’s incredible control, power, and ability to spin to ball! Love this product!
