Order Processing Time

Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when we hand it over to the delivery service.

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and payment.
• Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a short delay, which we work to keep to a minimum.

• Free on orders over $30 USD to most countries.
• A small number of countries have a modest shipping fee, shown clearly at checkout. See the full rate table below.

We maintain local warehouses in the United States, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Orders ship from the nearest available location.

Tracking

• You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. The number becomes active within 24 hours.
• Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to update, and longer during major sales events or holidays.
• If you can't track your package, contact us and we'll resolve it within 12 hours.

Order Cancellations

• Within 12 hours of placing your order: email our support team for a full refund.
• After 12 hours, not yet shipped: we'll make every effort to cancel before it leaves our facility.
• After 12 hours, already shipped: cancellation is no longer possible. Please follow the return process below once your parcel arrives.

Returns & Refunds

No-Regret Trial (Change of Mind)

If you've tried the item and simply don't like it, returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery (counted from the delivery date confirmed by tracking). The customer covers return shipping. Returns are not accepted after 7 days, or if the item has been heavily used.

Unused Items

Unused items in brand-new condition can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

General Conditions

• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and seals must be intact where applicable.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
• Use a tracked shipping method with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Additional Conditions for Used Paddles

To be eligible for return under the No-Regret Trial or general returns:

• The paddle must be lightly used only, with no significant wear, scratches, scuffs, or damage.
• The original grip must not be altered, removed, or replaced.
• No permanent modifications. Weighting tape, additional grip tape, and edge tape are acceptable only if they are easily removable and leave no damage.
