Luzz Glider Hybrid Paddle

This is an awesome alternative the the Canon. It is balanced and has a very large sweet spot. Quick at the NVZ for hand battle and significant control when defending. As a 4.5 player this is perfect for a player looking for an all around paddle with enough power for any situation.

Love it. I just find it too poppy.

I still have to get used to it. I've only had 2 x 2h sessions of play at Standard level.

It is light enough around the net. But I still haven't got used to the deeper shots with power yet. It works like placing the ball to a certain area, rather than hitting it there.

The surface already has white marks on it - which means it is deteriorating already, to my disappointment. I am not exactly a high level power player.

Still trying to get used to it, but I had hoped my game would suddenly improve :) My prev paddle was a normal one, not hybrid. I don't like the longer power paddles that are heavier.

I already own the Luzz Cannon and can attest that it is an absolute beast of a paddle. So when I saw the Glider Hybrid, I grabbed it immediately. It definitely lives up to the reputation that the Cannon has established. To me, the Glider feels a little more stable for off-hits due to its hybrid shape, the power is a little less then what the Cannon puts out but it has a big sweet spot for strong drives and punches, and it feels a little faster for hand battles. Like others have mentioned, a little bit of tungsten tape (maybe 2g) at 4 and 8 o'clock might help with the overall balance, but even stock it feels quite good. And excellent purchase especially given the reasonable price!
