Order Processing Time

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 12 hours.

Luzz reserves the right to assess the condition of the paddle and determine whether the issue falls under our warranty policy.
In cases covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, Luzz holds the discretion to either repair or replace the paddle.
