1. Are Lab products eligible for discount codes or sitewide promotions?

No. discount codes cannot be applied to any products within the Lab Paddles.
2. When does a paddle qualify for official launch?

A Luzz Lab paddle qualifies for official launch once it reaches 300 orders.
3. What is considered an official launch?

Once a paddle qualifies for official launch, it will receive certification approval from USAP and/or UPA, and will be listed for regular retail sale on Luzz's main website product pages.

4. When will I receive the complimentary paddle?

If the paddle reaches Official Launch status:
One complimentary paddle will be shipped within 60 days of submission.
Orders are fulfilled according to original payment sequence.
Limited to one free unit per original order.
The reward is non-transferable.
5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes.
Orders may be canceled at any time during the 30-day unlock window.
Once the 50-order goal is reached and production begins, orders become final.
6. Is this available internationally?

Yes.
International orders are accepted.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or import duties.
Delivery timelines vary by destination.
7. What is the warranty policy?

Luzz Lab paddles include a 30-day limited warranty, beginning on the date of delivery.
8. Is there a purchase limit?

Yes.
During the unlock window, each customer may purchase one unit per Lab model.
Duplicate or bulk orders may be canceled at Luzz’s discretion.
