Every Luzz paddle, and where it’s cleared to play.
Look up any model to confirm its USA Pickleball (USAP) certification and UPA-A approval before a tournament — including “similarity” editions that share a base model’s certification, and Lab paddles that aren’t cleared for sanctioned play.
Find your paddle
Search a model or edition name, then narrow by series or status. Open any paddle for its specs, official records and eligible play.
How to read certification status
USA Pickleball is the sport’s national governing body. A USAP-certified paddle meets the official equipment standard and is approved for USA Pickleball–sanctioned and APP Tour play.
The United Pickleball Association runs the pro game — the PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball. UPA-A approval is required to compete in those professional events.
Same mold and core as its base model, so it carries that model’s certification under similarity approval — cleared for the same events.
Lab and development paddles are experimental. Great for training and casual games, but not cleared for USAP-sanctioned or UPA professional play.
How to verify before a tournament
- Open your paddle above and select View record next to its USAP or UPA-A status.
- USAP records open on the model’s own entry page. On the UPA-A approved list, search “Luzz” to find the model.
- Confirm the listing is still current on the official database before you play — approvals are updated continuously.
Certification status is compiled from the USA Pickleball approved paddle list, the UPA-A approved paddle list and Luzz product pages. Always confirm the current listing on the official databases before tournament play. Lab and uncertified paddles are for recreational use only.
