Order Cancellations

Within 12 hours of placing your order: email our support team for a full refund.
After 12 hours, not yet shipped: we'll make every effort to cancel before it leaves our facility.
After 12 hours, already shipped: cancellation is no longer possible. Please follow the return process below once your parcel arrives.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

No-Regret Trial (Change of Mind)

If you've tried the item and simply don't like it, returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery (counted from the delivery date confirmed by tracking). The customer covers return shipping. Returns are not accepted after 7 days, or if the item has been heavily used.

Unused Items

Unused items in brand-new condition can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

General Conditions

All original packaging, tags, accessories, and seals must be intact where applicable.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Use a tracked shipping method with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Additional Conditions for Used Paddles

To be eligible for return under the No-Regret Trial or general returns:

The paddle must be lightly used only, with no significant wear, scratches, scuffs, or damage.
The original grip must not be altered, removed, or replaced.
No permanent modifications. Weighting tape, additional grip tape, and edge tape are acceptable only if they are easily removable and leave no damage.

High quality build! Lots of room!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality materials used for this bag. The zippers are smooth for all the compartments and it’s very easy to detach/attach the detachable section.

The shoe compartment has ventilation which is an excellent mini-feature that most bags don’t have. The material is smooth and water-resistant (I’ve had to walk in the rain to/from the parking lot of the club.)

I appreciate how I can easily convert it from backpack mode to duffel/gym bag mode.

I went with the Obsidian Black colorway because I like subtle marketing or logo placement. Not a fan of loud branding.

Luzz delivered a sure-fire winner with this bag.
