Warranty Coverage

We offer a standard warranty for 30 days, beginning from the date of purchase. Within this period, we cover all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship related to the paddle’s life.
By registering your paddle with us within 30 days of purchase, you will receive an extended warranty of 180 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

What is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the material
• Workmanship flaws
• Any issues emerging from the creation process that affect the paddle’s performance

What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damages arising from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse or neglect
• User modifications or unauthorized repairs
• Natural fading of graphics over time
• Surface texture changes due to extended use

Important Note on Purchase Source

Paddles purchased directly through the official Luzz website are covered under this warranty policy.

Warranty Terms

In cases covered under our warranty, Luzz holds the discretion to either repair or replace the paddle.

Paddles that have already undergone a warranty replacement are no longer eligible for further warranty coverage.
